Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in services provided by Reset Recovery Bahamas, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Reset Recovery provides non-invasive wellness and recovery services using Normatec compression equipment.
• I understand that these services are self-directed recovery and wellness services and are not medical treatment.
• Reset Recovery and its staff are not medical professionals, doctors, or physical therapists, and no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is being provided.
• I voluntarily choose to use these services at my own risk.
• I understand that I am responsible for informing Reset Recovery of any injuries, medical conditions, circulation issues, recent surgeries, or other health concerns before participating.
• I release Reset Recovery, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, injury, claim, loss, or damages that may arise from my participation or use of the equipment.

By signing in person at our location, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to these terms.
